Return Policy

We are committed to providing EYECEDAR customers with a pleasant shopping experience and high-quality products and services. Within thirty working days of receiving your glasses, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact EYECEDAR to request a return.

Standard eyewear products (non-customised) may be returned for a full refund provided the original packaging remains unaltered and the product has not been used. Due to the nature of eyewear products, customised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. If the buyer still wishes to request a refund or exchange, the refund amount will be 50% of the original order total. This amount may be used to exchange for an item of equal value or to cover the price difference for a higher-priced item.

EYECEDAR will cover the shipping costs for returns due to product quality issues. For returns not related to product quality issues, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once EYECEDAR receives the returned product, we will process the refund within two business days.

After thirty business days from the date of product receipt, we will close the return and exchange request channel for that order.

Note: Used products that affect resale are not eligible for return. Our return policy does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

After-sales Service Warranty

We will replace broken frames at no charge during this 2 years warranty period.

If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no charge. Lenses Defects in the anti-reflective (AR) coating and photochromic films are warrantied for one one year from the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the frames, lenses, or coatings.

We believe you will like our products. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the glasses, you can easily get warranty service without any problems.

Return or Exchange Process

1. Contact our Customer Service Department to approve the return.

2. All returns must be returned in their unworn, original, condition, in the original case include an eyeglass case and lens cleaning cloth.

3. Package your glasses securely and make sure to include your name, contact information order number and why you returned the glasses.

4. We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method.

5. Once your return is received, we will process refund in 2 working days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
